The Countdown Begins

It's only one week until the Oscars! So that means there's only one week left for everyone to get in on the 2006 Oscar Contest. Remember, there's a prize.... :-)

Here are the details:

1. Anyone is welcome to enter the contest; one entry per person. I will need a viable email address from every participant - which doesn't have to give away your identity, but just needs to be a way I can reach you if you end up being the winner of the big prize!

2. To participate, go to http://www.oscars.com/nominees/print.html for the complete list of nominations in all categories. Pick your choice for the winner in each category.

3. Submit your entries via email to stefsoscarpool AT yahoo DOT com. It's probably easiest if you cut and paste the list of nominees (or just your choices) from the above link and note your picks from there.

4. Also include in the email your answers to THREE TIEBREAKER QUESTIONS:

• Which movie will win the most awards total?
• How many awards will that top movie win? (Guess the closest number without going over.)
• What time will the Oscar telecast finally end on Sunday, March 5? (Guess the closest time without going over.)

5. All entries must be received by no later than noon on Sunday, March 5.
