With the midterms looming and Mark Warner's recent announcement that he's not going to throw his hat in the ring, it seems like a good time for a little more talk about the 2008 election. The field is still pretty darn wide, as we're all waiting for the flurry of announcements over the next few months as to who is or isn't running.
But until we know for sure, you can use a quiz that's already become tradition for me over the last 3 cycles - the Presidential Predictor allows you to answer a series of questions on *your* views on the issues then will give you the results on how the current crop of aspiring candidates matches your answers. Side note, having taken this quiz a few times, it's very easy to notice how the questions - and thus the "hot button issues" - have changed over the years.
I took the quiz today, and there are some interesting results. It looks like my new homework assignment is to learn more about Russ Feingold!!!

Feingold is really super.
I did it....and while the mixture of Rs and Ds is probably accurate I HATE that it suggested that my 100% candidate was Al Gore!!!!!!! UGH.
AnneLynch, you just made my day!!!! :-)
