I see the Bush Administration has a new secret plan for where all of those Gulf Coast refugees can live. To the moon!!!!!
I presume that there are good scientific reasons that I don't understand for us to plan a new moon program, that it's not just testosterone, but it seems in really poor taste to be rolling out a new $104 billion "Apollo on steroids" program right about now.
