Now They've Gone and Done It
Alito has been confirmed to the Supreme Court. It was nice knowing you, Sandy. We'll miss you and your swing vote. Cuz I wouldn't bet all the money I have on (Sc)Alito being a swing voter. I can't wait to see what the ACLU, NARAL and PFAW will focus their campaigns on now.

Saw something this morning saying Kennedy might now become the swing? didn't read it, but would be nice knowing there is one out there in terms of the gays, abortions and the death penalty.
